Terms of Sales

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between CLAIREDISTRI and its customer. Both parties unreservedly accept these terms and conditions. The prices of MyBilles products are subject to VAT. These prices do not include shipping or delivery charges. The prices charged are those applied on the day of the order within the limits of stocks. MesBilles reserves the right to modify its selling prices at any time, before ordering. An itemized invoice is available for each order once payment has been accepted.

The fulfillment of the order by the customer implies his acceptance of these General Conditions. Any order validated by the customer will only be considered effective after acceptance of payment. If the bank refuses, the order will be automatically cancelled. In the event of a typographical error relating to a product offered for sale (price, wording, photo, or product description) CLAIREDISTRI reserves the right to cancel any order.

Orders, paid by credit card, validated by the customer will only be considered effective by www.MesBilles.fr when the bank payment centers concerned have given their agreement. In case of refusal of the said centers, the order will be automatically cancelled. Furthermore, www.MesBilles.fr reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a potential dispute.

The photos and descriptions of the products are not contractual. Orders are honored within the limits of available stocks. A detailed invoice is available for each order, once payment has been accepted, on the www.MesBilles.fr website in the "my account" section.

 

The transport of your package

Most of the time your order will be prepared the same day of its creation by you, once you have made your payment.
Shipments, with number to follow the routing, are used according to the contents of your order:

  • The LetterFollow-up with a delivery time of 24h / 48h*, from Monday to Friday.

  • The Colissimo with a delivery time of 48 hours*, Monday to Friday.

* Indicative deadlines, subject to their good respect by the postal services

For Metropolitan France, we offer you your shipping costs as soon as your basket reaches a total of 30 euros!

Regardless of the shipping method used, we will provide you with your tracking number as soon as possible so that you can view the progress of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.

 

Withdrawal period

In accordance with the terms of article L 121-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from the delivery of his order to request reimbursement of the product (s) ordered ( s) to the seller. The right of withdrawal is exercised by registered letter sent with acknowledgment of receipt to: CLAIREDISTRI - 74 rue du Vieux Lavoir - 95470 Saint Witz. The customer then returns the product(s), return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must imperatively be in its original packaging, in perfect condition. The product(s) returned postage due or cash on delivery will be refused. The refund of the product(s) after return will be made in compliance with Articles L. 221-21 and L. 221-23 of the Consumer Code. The refund will then be made by CLAIREDISTRI within a maximum period of 7 days.

CLAIREDISTRI incurs no liability for any damages or indirect costs, nor for any losses and in particular losses of data or information, and any damages or costs arising from the use or inability to use the product. The same applies to any modifications to the products resulting from the manufacturers. The responsibility of www.MaRecreation.fr will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions which may have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.

Right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of data

The information of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, this information being essential for the processing and delivery of orders, the establishment of invoices and warranty contracts. The lack of information leads to the non-validation of the order. The data collected within the framework of the present are collected by CLAIREDISTRI and are intended for it. In accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés", the processing of personal information relating to customers of www.MesBilles.fr has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) under the Registration number: 1647609V0. The customer has (article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978) a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him, which he can exercise by mail to the attention of CLAIREDISTRI - 74 rue du Vieux Lavoir – 95470 Saint Witz - FRANCE.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. Any dispute as to the validity, interpretation or execution of these General Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Val d'Oise, France.
